St John’s had a remarkably good financial year in 2024. We are living fully into our mission of Open Doors, Musical Outreach, Proclaim the Love of Christ, and Engage and Involve.

2023 marked a year of impressive post-pandemic growth for St John’s. Our program of musical outreach continued to expand, and the Open Doors planning took off with vigour.

As we emerged from the pandemic, St John’s began to more clearly understand our new reality, including how to fully live into our Vision and Mission Action Plan.

The pandemic continued to affect the way we gather and understand our lives together. We welcomed our new Director of Music Dr Patrick Murray. Our Poppy Project became an impressive art installation in commemoration of those who have died at war.

The COVID-19 pandemic thrust us into a different world, but St John’s adapted to be able to bring liturgy, fellowship, and learning to the community.
